Phillips would like to congratulate C.R. Allen who has been promoted to the position of Sales Manager – Domestic and International effective today.   C.R. has been a valued employee of Phillips for over 23 years. 

C.R. was first hired in February 1984 as a mechanic and was promoted to lead mechanic later that same year.  In 1989 he was promoted for Foreman.  He was foreman in both the rebuild and shuttle car shops.  In 1998 he moved into the position of Technical Service Manager working within the Sales Department.
